Disappear explores how media reshapes perception by removing or altering the very elements that define what we see. Images are not presented in their original form but are pixelated, recolored, or covered, reflecting how authority determines what should remain visible and what must be hidden.
The series isolates these acts of erasure in a set of paired posters, where absence becomes the central focus. Through consistent textures and pared-down settings, the visuals emphasize how disappearance itself functions as a form of presence. By presenting erasure as the subject rather than the side effect, Disappear encourages viewers to reflect on how their experience of media is shaped not only by what is shown, but by what has been removed.
